1. Data we process

We process the minimum required to operate the Service:

• License data: your license key, activation status and a hashed hardware identifier used to enforce seat limits.
• Purchase data: billing details processed by our payment provider; we do not store full payment card numbers.
• Support data: information you send us when contacting support (email address, message content, attachments).
• Website data: basic server logs (IP address, requested page, user agent) retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.

2. Data we do not collect

Steam account credentials configured in FarmPanel are encrypted with Windows DPAPI and never leave your device. Game telemetry (Game State Integration data, console logs) is processed locally and is not transmitted to us. We do not sell personal data and we do not use third-party advertising trackers on farmpanel.cc.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide and secure the Service (performance of a contract), to comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax) and, based on our legitimate interest, to prevent abuse of licensing and to improve the Service using aggregate, non-identifying statistics.

4. Retention

License and purchase records are kept for as long as your license is active and thereafter as required by law. Support correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.

5. Sharing

We share data only with processors necessary to run the Service (payment processing, e-mail delivery, hosting), under data processing agreements, or when required by law. We never sell personal data.

6. Security

We apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit, hashed identifiers, least-privilege access and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at farmpanel.cc. Material changes will be announced on the website or in the application.
