Terms of Service

1. The Service

FarmPanel is a Windows desktop platform for account orchestration: launching, isolating, monitoring and recovering Steam and Counter-Strike 2 client instances. FarmPanel does not automate gameplay. The Service contains no autofarm and no gameplay bots; all in-game actions are performed manually by you.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you create a FarmPanel account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. License

Subject to these Terms and, where applicable, a paid subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the FarmPanel software for your own purposes. Use of the software is additionally governed by the FarmPanel End User License Agreement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• circumvent, disable or interfere with licensing, security or update mechanisms;
• resell, rent, sublicense or otherwise redistribute the Service without our written consent;
• use the Service to infringe the rights of any third party.

5. Third-party platforms

FarmPanel is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Steam and Counter-Strike are trademarks of Valve Corporation.

Your use of Steam, Counter-Strike 2 and any other third-party platform remains subject to the terms and policies of the respective platform owner. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with those terms, and you accept all risks associated with the management of your accounts.

6. Fees and subscriptions

Certain features are provided under paid subscription tiers. Prices, billing periods and included features are described at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from the next billing period.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, text and trademarks, is owned by FarmPanel Systems or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every environment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FarmPanel Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, game accounts or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at farmpanel.cc. Material changes will be announced on the website or in the application; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FarmPanel Systems is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
